I got through to the surgery this afternoon & I needed some advice. I feel what I needed to discuss was of a sensitive nature. I was on hold & a bit nervous. A lovely receptionist answered my call, she listened to me & made me feel at ease. She explained that she would send the doctor and message & for me to call back around 6:30pm this evening. To make me feel better she gave me her name (Gaynore) & said to ask for her directly so I did not have to go through everything again. I called back & Gaynore she had received a message back confirming what could be done, she then sent a message back to confirm this was okay. I was going to call the surgery back in the morning to see if I could come in to get what I needed. I received a call back this evening & she had confirmed everything was sorted. Gaynore has really helped me today & I am very grateful for this. I did not ask for or expect a call back so this was really helpful. Thank you so much for all your help today I just wanted to let you know some of us do appreciate what you do.

I contacted the surgery today to ask for help in solving an online access issue and to book an appointment for my husband. The phone was answered almost immediately and I was quickly transferred to Kathy, who not only managed to find an appointment for this evening but also solved my online problems. Perfect.

Southborough Lane Surgery do their very best in helping their patients. Kathy the receptionist there is always very helpful and caring. I have never had to wait long for my appointment and I have always been very pleased with my patient care. The doctors there are so nice, they always make you feel at ease. And take their time in talking and explaining everything.
